Personal identifiers (name, ID number, phone) are deleted within 30 days of account closure unless pending disputes or regulatory audits require retention.

Deletion means we remove your data from active systems; backups may retain copies for up to 90 days before automated purge. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete.
